Student Services Director

The Finger Lakes School of Massage is looking to hire a FT Director of Student and Career Services. This position is responsible for providing vision, leadership and direction for the campus Student and Career Services and participation in the campus management team for the overall campus leadership. This position involves supporting students during their time at FLSM, as well as after graduation as Alumni. The position actively works with the following: alumni placement and student services. Must be student-centered, have a strong skill set with managing details and multi tasking. Weekend and evening hours will be required. Someone with counseling background preferred but not required.

Anatomy & Physiology Teacher

Dynamic, caring educator wanted for instruction in science at Finger Lakes School of Massage. Experience with adult learners, multiple learning styles, and bodywork desired. The ideal candidate possesses willingness to: learn, grow, develop and execute creative lessons, give and receive feedback and work successfully as a team. Mt. Kisco Campus Positions

Clinic Supervisor

FLSM is looking for a LMT to join the Clinic Team.  This part-time position is responsible for supervising the clinics held both onsite and offsite for FLSM students. This position involves ensuring the boundaries outlined by the school are upheld and giving feedback on the massage performed in alignment with the style and content taught by FLSM. The position actively works with the following: Students, Staff, and Clients. Must be student-centered.   Hours are dependent on the type and number of clinics supervised but evening and weekend availability is a must. Applicant must also be a NYS LMT and be out of school for a minumum of two years.

Financial Planning Coordinator

This position is responsible for the Financial Planning of all FLSM prospective and enrolled students. The job details include but are not limited to; compliance with institutional and state regulations and guidelines as they pertain to financial aid policies and procedures, accurate and timely disbursement of student funds, tracking of student and alumni payment. This is a role for an innovative individual! We are looking for someone who can balance extreme attention to detail with warmth and compassion. This position does not require previous experience in FA, but a willingness to learn and accept coaching is a must. This is a 40 hr/wk position with some weekend and evening hours required.
